We achieve this by supporting progressive Democratic candidates, mobilizing grassroots efforts to increase voting, and amplifying our collective voice to influence our party’s platform and positions.
Our Goals:
- Support Democratic Candidates: Focus on down-ballot races and recruit/train new candidates.
- Strengthen Our Voice: Attract younger voters, bridge the urban/rural gap, build partnerships, collaborate with unions, and support other Legislative Districts.
- Improve Communication: Utilize social media effectively, create engaging messaging, enhance member communication, bring more speakers to meetings, and offer advocacy training.
- Enhance Voter Data Use: Conduct neighborhood canvassing to improve Get Out The Vote (GOTV) messaging.
- Fill PCO Positions: Recruit for vacant Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) positions and enhance PCO effectiveness with resources, training, mentoring, and organizing.
